Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


SHIPPING:
 

Our items are a mix of pre-orders & on hand products. Pre-orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to ship. 

You will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided once your order is shipped. You can contact the provider found in the email (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) for questions about your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we'll help you out as best we can. 

International customers: Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes, duties, and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Please ensure you are informed on what these could be on your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns. We will exchange orders if we sent the wrong size.
